HEALTH/GENETIC GUARANTEE: We have a 12 month health guarantee on all our puppies. Please read our contracts for additional information regarding our health guarantee.
HIPS/EYES GUARANTEE.
We do guarantee hips as long as it is not from a environmental condition. We will guarantee up to 2 years as long as the dog has not been bred or had a litter before the 2 years. If you are worried about hips/eyes then you should not be breeding the dog until each one has been x-rayed or examined. If dog has had a litter then the guarantee is null and void.
BITES.
Puppies are replaced if you bought breeding rights. If a bite is off and is off by the time the dog reaches 12 months, I will replace. On a case by case basis will I replace a pup before 12 months.

BREEDING RIGHTS.
Breeding rights are available at an additional $500. Each puppy as long as it has the potential to become a breeding prospect will have a full registration price listed along with a limited registration price. Please see our full registration vs limited registration page for an explanation in detail. Breeding rights on a female are as follows. Buyer agrees to have said puppy genetically tested for all diseases listed in the Australian shepherd panel with any known genetic facility. Buyer also agrees to breed said puppy at closer to age 2 yr old or second heat cycle and over 15 months. If female is bred before 12 months of age health guarantee is null and void and registration papers will be revoked. Buyer agrees NOT to use said puppy in breeding a cross breed or designer breed. I do not believe in cross breeding and refuse to allow my dogs that i have worked very hard in producing to be used in that manner.
TEMPERAMENT GUARANTEE:
We do everything in our power to provide you with a happy and healthy puppy that does not display any aggressive attitude towards people or other animals. Puppies are handled daily and are born and raised in my home.
12 month temperament guarantee: Breeder requires buyer to attend puppy obedience and/or socialization classes with puppy to help provide proper socialization. If puppy does not attend obedience/socialization class the temperament guarantee is null and void. You must provide proof of graduation.
24 month temperament guarantee ONLY if puppy completes the puppy AKC S.T.A.R. certificate program AND the AKC CGC certificate program. Proof of completing both must be sent by one year of age to receive this guarantee.
NON-REFUNDABLE HOLDING FEE: Holding fee is $500. This Fee is non-refundable so make very sure you are committed to owning one of our puppies. The only time I will refund a holding fee is if it is placed on a puppy and something that is life threatening happens to the puppy while it is still in my care. PUPPIES ARE NOT HELD WITHOUT PAYING A HOLDING FEE. We accept payment through google pay or Zelle.
Holding Fees for older puppies 6+ weeks, is half of the cost of the puppy.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION:
We do offer a payment plan option as long as the puppy is paid in full by the time it’s 8 weeks old. Holding fees are accepted once we feel the puppies are thriving, then you can make payments on the puppy til paid in full. If by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old and still not paid in full then we keep the puppy til full payment is made. If paying the balance at pickup, we accept cash only, no personal checks.
VISITS AND PICKUPS: For sanitary reasons and to protect my dogs and puppies, We no longer allow puppy visits. Parvo and other contagious diseases are deadly to puppies. I will be more than happy to take additional pictures/videos to help you make a decision. All my pictures are unedited, the pictures are usually taken in my front yard in a natural setting. Come join my facebook group to see daily videos of the puppies while they are growing. Our Facebook page/group is Triple S Aussies. Even though I have the page, I post more in the group than I do on the page.
Arrangements for pick up of the puppy must be made by the time the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. We do not mind holding puppies for our customers. If pickup arrangements are not made by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks old, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to get back in touch with me. If no communication is received from you regarding pickup, the puppy will go back up for sale and you forfeit any money that has been placed on said puppy.
We do not ship puppies as cargo at this time, If shipping is needed, I can drive up to 2 hours to my closest airport and you can fly in and pick your puppy up and take it back with you in a carry on. Please check with your airline to make sure they allow this when you book your flight. If I am meeting you for delivery, I can meet up to 2 hrs without a fee. Anything over 2 hrs, additional cost will be added on to the cost of the puppy.
RETURN POLICY: If you purchase a puppy from me and at anytime during its lifetime you are unable to continue to care for it, YOU MUST contact me and I will do my very best to help you in rehoming your puppy/dog, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED and I will not pay a rehoming fee if you ask me to take the puppy/dog back. My puppies do not leave my care with problems, if your puppy has developed problems, it is because you have made them that way. However, I do care and love my dogs and the puppies they produce, I do not want to see them end up in a shelter or out on the streets. See our Temperament Guarantee for all other situations regarding the return of your Triple S puppy or dog.
We have the right to refuse sale of any of our animals to any person for any reason at any time. If a holding fee has already been made it will be refunded. We do not guarantee size, ears, or eye color.
NOTE: Buyers also agree not to register my puppies with AKC as the new breed “Miniature American Shepherds”.
